Windows made from BK-7, Fused Silica, Suprasil® 2, and Excimer Grade material, just to name a few, are made daily. Sizes from 0.125" square on up can be fabricated to meet your needs. Surfaces from 1/4l to 1/20l are standard and can be tested with our Zygo GPI Interferometer.
